MEET THE BRANCHES TEAM
Branches is led by a team of staff and volunteers who share a heart for seeing people encounter Jesus and grow together in authentic community.
Amanda Clark — Lead Pastor
Amanda loves Jesus and hands-on, culturally relevant ministry. She’s passionate about radical hospitality and building community through meaningful relationships. Amanda earned her Master’s in New Testament Theology from Northern Seminary, and is now a published author.
Amanda and Justin, her husband, have served in ministry together since 2007, previously serving at Vineyard Community Church in Syracuse, Indiana, and The Vine in Goshen, Indiana. When she isn’t prepping for a sermon, you might find Amanda tending to her garden and growing and arranging flowers. She loves spending time with friends and family—or just about anyone—because she’s a people person through and through.
Justin Clark — Discipleship Overseer
Justin has led worship for more than 20 years, teaching on Sundays and helping shape the spiritual life of Branches. He oversees Worship, Communications, Discipleship and Leader Development.
Justin has been married to Amanda for over 21 years, and together they’ve loved serving Branches as part of the pastoral team. His heart is to see people encounter God, grow in discipleship, and build meaningful community.
Braydyn Poe — Youth Ministry Overseer
Braydyn joined the Branches staff in April 2025, bringing warmth, energy, and a heart for building a youth community where every student can belong and experience God’s love. Alongside his wife, Felicity, who also serves as a youth leader, Braydyn is passionate about creating spaces where students feel welcomed and valued just as they are.
Braydyn is in his fourth year at Grace College, where he’s studying Educational Ministries. When he’s not leading youth group, you’ll find him spending time with Felicity, playing and watching sports, listening to music, reading, watching movies, or playing Madden.
Jennifer Hren — Office Assistant & Bookkeeper
Jennifer joined the Branches staff in August 2025 as our part-time Office Assistant and Bookkeeper. She and her family have been part of the Branches community since 2024, serving together on the greeting team, worship team, and in B-Kids.
Jennifer is married to Josh, and together they have one daughter. She enjoys watching sports, playing games, dining out, and spending time with friends and family. Alongside her role at Branches, Jennifer works at her alma mater, Grace College, as a part-time Receptionist in the Admissions Department. She also manages The Dwelling Nest, a local short-term rental, and enjoys event planning and home staging.
